Reiki therapy
I like to work in block sessions of three reiki treatments within the space of about a month.
You are normally with me for about two hours per session at my studio in North London.
In some circumstances I can come to your place of work or home.
If you have a chronic condition and feel like you would need ongoing treatment please contact me and we can work out a price plan to suit you.

Courses
Reiki level 1:
1 Day course. 10am-5pm
The first degree is an initiation into reiki and is a 1 day course with lunch included.
The focus is on self healing and opening the energy channels and chakras, learning how to connect to the universal energy. You will receive upto three attunements to begin the flow of the healing energy.
You will learn how to:
• Begin the flow of reiki and connect with the energy.
• Hand positions for self treatments.
• History of reiki
• How to ground and protect your energy and cleanse your space at home or work.
• Meditation throughout the day.
Reiki level 2:
This level increases the flow of energy and you will learn how to use reiki symbols which will allow you to connect more deeply with the energy. You will receive upto three attunements and with this level you can also start to use reiki on others. It is a 1 day course with lunch included.
You will learn:
• All three symbols, power, harmony and connection and how to use them.
• feeling the different frequencies of these symbols.
• how to use your intuition.
• how to work on others.
• working with the angels and crystals.
• further exploration of the chakras.
• meditation and meeting with your spirit guides.
Reiki Master/Teacher level
Becoming a reiki master teacher is a deep commitment to the reiki practice.
The focus on this course is spiritual development and is a 2 day course with lunch included.
You will learn how to:
• Teach all levels of reiki.
• Advanced practitioner techniques and further Master symbols.
• How to give attunements.
• A deeper dive into meditation.
All of the above courses run throughout the year and you will receive a professionally recognised certificate at the end of each level. Manuals are provided and the course runs from my studio in North London.
These uplifting days on the courses are full of love, laughter and some tears. They are filled with energy and light and I always look forward to meeting new souls and somehow make a difference with their journey in this lifetime.
