What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a guided practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to support your body and mind. Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have, it can calm your nervous system, help you process emotions, and bring you back into the present moment.
In a session, I’ll guide you through a specific breathing rhythm wirh breath retentions with music and supportive cues, to help you feel safe, grounded, and open. Some people experience deep relaxation and clarity. Others feel emotional release, a sense of lightness, or a powerful reset.
